Regular giving by standing order From 8 July there will be tokens by the South door available for those who give regularly by standing order to put in the collection to indicate their giving.
Help needed There are still many tasks to be completed in the Garden of Remembrance following the work done by the Contractors. If you can spare some time mornings or afternoons then please let me know and I will explain what jobs would be appropriate for you. I look forward to your interest. Don 602287.
Globetrotters Holiday Club is at St. Peter’s Junior School from Wednesday 24th to Friday 26th July. It is for children aged 3 to 11. Children can either come for a half day: 9 until 12 or for a full day 9 until 3 pm. (Pre-school children can only come for the morning). Thank you As a thank you to all those who volunteer in Church, Parish Office or within the halls in any capacity you are all invited to scones and tea at the Church hall (please note change of venue) anytime between 3pm and 5pm – drop in anytime – on Saturday 13th July. There is a sign-up sheet in the office so that we have a rough idea of those who will be coming. Rev Jan.
Children in Church I am planning to set up a ‘Sunday School‘ to take place on the first Sunday of the month. It will take place in the choir vestry after the notices with children returning back in to church at The Peace. It will comprise of a Bible story, activity
and some music. If you would like to be involved with this please contact me.

Fundraising Committee Report for Sunday 7th July 2019
The Railway Swing Band concert which took place on Wednesday 26th June raised the magnificent sum of £1,171. Once again, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped to make this event the success that it was.
