Saturday 27 November 10.00am to 2pm
Even though we have volunteers to help ‘on the day, we need a few more. On Friday 26 November at 11am we are setting up in the main hall and we especially need help from those who can do some ‘heavy lifting’ of tables etc. Let us know if you can help! We will be running a Grand Raffle, General Tombola stall and a ‘Bottle Tombola’. Anything which you can donate for use as prizes would be very gratefully received – smaller items would be very useful for our General Tombola stall.
Other stalls will include toys, books, handbags, jewellery, scarves, bric a brac, clothes, produce and cakes.
Any items which you no longer want or need, especially toys and books which are in good condition, we can sell on our stalls at the Fayre, so please consider donating them. You can bring them in to the Parish Office at any time on or after Monday 22 November (open 9am – 1pm).
Cakes – we are short of cake makers! Would you consider baking a cake or some buns? Bring them on Friday or early Saturday morning but please would you include a list of ingredients?
Thank you in advance for your valued help at a time.
