Fundraising Committee Report for Sunday 16th June 2019
Railway Swing Band – Wednesday 26th June
Tickets for the Railway Swing Band concert are selling well, but there are still some available. However, if you haven’t bought yours yet, it might be as well to purchase them soon because the Community hall has a capacity limit and, if the hall fills up, you and your friends or relatives might be disappointed. The tickets are only £10.00 each and can be booked by calling at the Parish office in Hopeville Avenue or by calling on 01843 866061. The doors open at 7.00pm and the concert starts at 7.30pm, running until 10.00pm with a short interval during which refreshments, including wine, will be available, so please reserve the date in your diary. The band recently sent us their programme for the evening and it looks amazing, so it should be a wonderful evening. I do hope that you can be there.
Incidentally, we will need a lot of helpers when the Swing Band comes to St. Peter’s. Many people have already offered their services but, if you would like to help out on that evening, please let us know.
